Ready For Guadalajara

The USA Men's National Team has already arrived in Guadalajara and the Women's Team will head their tomorrow after processing today in Houston. I'm also headed to Guadalajara tomorrow so I will have more of an update tomorrow evening with the whole set up. For those curious on information we have a schedule and rosters on usawaterpolo.org. Here is the link for that http://usawaterpolo.org/press/2011PanAms.aspx. The schedule is unofficial but seems to be what everyone is working with at the moment.

In addition at that link there is information on tv coverage. Right now there is coverage on ESPN3 and ESPN Deportes planned. but when and if water polo will be shown is not known. Same goes for the online streaming with Terra, sports are planning to be covered but there is currently no schedule for when water polo might be shown.

You can follow along during the matches on our twitter, twitter.com/usawp. I'll be posting game results there, scoring etc.

For first timers to this blog it is called Greetings From Beijing because it began at the Beijing Olympics, hopefully that avoids any confusion. Go Team USA.

Here are some nice news links leading up the Pan Am Games.
